Can you talk about how you went through the standardization process of that? What tools to use? How you got that information and the role?
18:57
Yeah, I think it's a big thing to talk about.
18:59
It's one of the key successes of our maintenance team, I do think.

So we kind of realized at one point that, you know, we were bringing on, you know, originally five or six maintenance guys up to the 20, right? We're in the 20s now.

What would you say, like, to anybody who's building a maintenance team as an active operator? What are some of the key points? What are you looking for when you're hiring? And, you know, what are you looking for skill set wise? So when you're looking for something when you're hiring, what are the qualities? And then what are the skill sets?

38:07
Yeah, a lot do.
38:09
Or that was back in the day, a lot did.
38:11
I'm not sure as much.
38:12
But yes, there is usually some kind of a community voice on an editorial board as a appointed person.
38:21
Maybe it was a former editor.
38:22
community leader or something like that.
