What role does, let's say, lived experience play in creating a genuine connection with readers beyond simply just having that expertise? What are your thoughts on that?

I believe that those two actually go hand in hand.

But to truly have expertise, my view is we have to have experience.

It always amuses me, and I don't mean to knock anyone and I'm not mentioning anyone in particular, but when I see people on LinkedIn and other marketing forums pitching themselves as a life coach, and they're 23 and 24 years old, they can coach someone to a life that's 23 or 24 years old.
