Sure.

Um, you, you mentioned something about large companies having like a hunting group.

What's that group called within a large company that would do-

Awesome.

A lot of it was very, um, um, uh, it was self-reinforcing and that I feel like we've done a lot of things right, uh, going through all of your different points.

Um, the big thing now is, of course, just getting in front of people who are on deal origination teams or something like that.

They need to find out about us.

Do you feel like given the growth and given the opportunity with that also comes the responsibility to address those issues and how will you face them?

Yeah, you know, there was a time, Ron, when McKinney was a small town.

in the not so recent past.

And it's not a small town anymore.

We are a city of some 240,000 people.

To your point, along with that come challenges that larger cities deal with.

These are not issues specific to McKinney.

And if you foresee McKinney needing to develop the types of emergency homelessness response services that big cities like Dallas and Fort Worth have.

You know, when I first started, like I was saying, before we had calculators, and then all of the, any kind of mapping was all, it was all, it was hand drafting.

But as it moved into, into computers, we started in on, on data collection with actually with data collectors and what they call total station instruments that automatically recorded all of our measurements on those data collectors.

And you'd take those to the office, and then those would be downloaded.

And then more of a manual process would be to take out those calculations and go through, and we started in on digital mapping.

So last year, we saw retail, obviously certain parts of manufacturing-related sectors, but those tend to be small in the landscape of private credit.

We did see some problems in certain parts of the healthcare industry having to do typically with healthcare roll-up strategies, which went sideways because of changes in regulation.

But again, relatively no large impact on the overall default rate.

We have isolated software in a number of recent research pieces, including one that we published last week, where we looked at 495 software companies, two things out of the gate.

One, we define what a software company is on a consistent basis.

So when you guys put out the AI paper, which I heartily recommend to our listeners, are there things in there that make you cautious or more concerned about 2026 and 2027 as we roll forward, just given technological obsolescence or even just background radiation in the form of layoffs and revenue challenges for some of these companies that may be impacted more than others.
