Well, I was at a traffic bureau for a long time, and so I was pulling over a car for some violations, talked to the lady there, and she was out of sorts.

She was really at wit's end.

She just poured out her woes and all the problems, and I said, well, you've got to take care of this stuff.

You can't just drive around like that.

And...

So I went back and wrote her some tickets, and she was still just beyond herself.
