So I accepted the position.

I was blindsided by it, and right away, um, it set the tone on what the discussion was gonna be that day.

Um, I flat out told them, I said, "You know, I've been with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Uh, I've been with them for," at the time, it was about 15, 16 years, um, that I had received my diplomate with them, and that I thought truly we were probably the forefront leaders when it come to doing implant dentistry, and that we should be recognized as a specialist.
