For Bilaji Joseph, a clinical nurse manager originally from India, being asked to represent her ward on one of these councils was a turning point.

I was a staff nurse on that time and initially it came into the organisation.

So when you hear this first and I said, OK, that's a great opportunity for the organisation.

But when you go into the deep, it's mainly for the frontline workers, all the workers, I mean, explain themselves or some quality initiative as Catherine said it's already in the in the organization it's everything is in already happening but just you need to arrange it or organize it in a certain way when you look at the shared decision that we always do in the workplace in a small meeting we'll say okay what do you think about what do you think there was already then leadership as well if somebody give an opinion everybody oh yeah then appreciation it was always in the organisation the only thing you need to put it in a paper A B C D and then it was there as My manager, they were brilliant.
