Bianca PizzoGUEST
And so if customers are still in the dark, they can check our app, and the restoration times will be updated as crews get to some areas.

John MooreHOST
And just how serious an affair was it yesterday? I certainly felt for hydro workers because the rain was still continuing when they were dispatched, I would imagine, to reconnect some people.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
But you know what? Our crews got out there and they're working continuously as safely and quickly as possible to restore power as much as they can today.

You know what? Every outage depends on the damage that's, uh, happened in the area.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
Everything has its own unique restoration time, and it really depends on what the crews are seeing when they get to an area that's, um, had an outage.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
And damage from the storms yesterday can include broken poles, downed trees, and limbs that, limbs from trees that, uh, sometimes land on power lines.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
But I, I, Gerry, I have to say, you know, we are very appreciative of our customers' patience.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
Um, our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore the service.

Bianca PizzoGUEST
And I did get to speak with a few customers yesterday, and they were all, um, incredibly understanding given the, uh, weather that was moving through, and they were very appreciative when their service was restored.
