But I'm curious, like what is going on in the world of global contech right now? Like where are the major hubs of innovation and kind of where does Canada, you know, fit into that conversation? Do we even fit into that conversation?

Yeah.

I mean, I can give you kind of like a broad outlines of the a- of what I've been seeing.

Like, I think if you're looking at major hubs, or not major hubs, but like major trends, you, you can't really go past saying AI right now.

Um, I think there's a lot of conversation about how do we build a tech-enabled contractor? How do we build an AI-first operating system? And I think no one has the answer, but I think a lot of people are tackling that problem in a really interesting way.

And I think the most interesting thing that, you know, you might find interesting as well is that every startup that you talk to today has the exact same vision for the future of we are building an AI operating system, the AI backbone for construction.

But the pathway as to how they achieve that still remains and seems to be very unclear.
