They are really, really low in comparison to fashion return rates.

But still, for me, even one, let's say, even one return makes me thinking and it's too much.

You know, it makes you think, okay, is the product information right on the product page? Are the photos, do they really reflect the reality? For me, even as the return rate is quite low, and in our case, it's not even a two-point figure, so it's below 10%.
