As this is all going on with the restaurant land, right, and just kind of the inconsistency there, I had always said when I was at Duck that I wanted to do a podcast, and I wanted it to be about women and how we get so hung up on the boys club, and that, oh, there's a boys club involved.

Yes, there is 100% a boys club.

It, it exists, right? It's real.

But the bigger issue is women.

Like, we are not good at supporting each other, and we also are so hard on ourselves and don't always have those tools and resources to negotiate, have the hard conversations.

What do you think are some of the strategies or skills or traits that you honed over your career that really helped you to succeed?

One of the favorite things I like to come back to when I think about what impacts success and what makes you successful is something that I actually learned in my early 20s.

I was lucky enough to learn this early on, a tool, and it's called Pi.

And it's Very easy.

So the first part of pie is performance.

So naturally your performance matters, right? Like that's the table stakes.
