Well, I ended up on a ranch in Montana and we had no animals.

We went to church one Sunday and a dear rancher lady asked me if I wanted a couple of bum lambs.

And she explained that when a ewe has three lambs or triplets, they reject one of them.

So you have these orphans, they call them bum lambs.

And she said, you have a couple of kids, great 4-H project.

So I thought, sure.
