But I hadn't heard of it captured in this phrase, solfeggio frequencies.

So I'm looking them up, and basically it's sound baths.

It's exploring hertz frequencies, and there's a theory that certain hertz frequencies manifest healing at different parts of the body, or they align with different chakra points of the body.

And so I listened to those solfeggio frequencies the entire time I was recovering, and they were on my Sonos system in the house, just this kind of droning sound bath as I was recovering.
