Well, I think it's both.

It's challenges and opportunities.

Challenges as in if you don't know the structures, it's really hard to just jump in on it and know exactly where you're going.

But I am led to understand that.

And like when I first started, the Senate does have very good training and initial set up opportunities for MSs to really get to grips with what they're doing and how they can get used to committee life and explaining things.
