Beth, I'm gonna actually have you start us off with our next question, which is how do you ensure that matching gift messaging stands out to donors while they are in the process of giving?
12:30
giving?Yeah, um, kinda like Courtney was talking about earlier, really integrating that into, um, the, the donor page when they actually are making that donation.
12:41
Um, something that we think about as well at the symphony is, um, how are people actually getting to that donate page as well? For us, you know, we have a donate button right at the top of the page, but s- people still end up, like, rooting around the whole website looking for that.
12:55
[laughs] So thinking about, you know, what are they gonna see along the way.
12:58
Like, under our support tab we have a ways to give page that includes lots of different ways to give, like IRAs, um, donor-advised funds, and then that also includes, um, matching gifts with information about what that is, how you can take advantage of it, and, um, direct steps on how to complete that.
13:16
So, um, something to think about as well in addition to the specific donation page.
13:21
And then, of course, in emails where we are having that direct ask, um, getting them to open the email in the first place is crucial, having, you know, good, captivating subject lines that are short and have action items.

Beth, how about on your all's team? What are you doing to- in terms of communication, but also not overwhelming supporters?
