you know like and i i was younger i'm i'm guarding them we got a guy who was getting ready to play overseas we got two or three college guys coming to guard him um and you know there's people who all summer they do individuals and and you know they're maybe they're playing pickup they're doing some other stuff but like they go back to camp sharp right um And then, you know, as you kind of play around with more of this, like, okay, how do we get them to make more decisions? It's like, well, one of the easiest ways to do that is for them to go against each other.

Beth MounierGUEST
So then the utilization of group sessions is great because you're putting techniques into a lot of situations.

Beth MounierGUEST
for me um so like now where i'm at both like as a business is and like just how kind of i think about it is one if you're like like a a pro um maybe you're prepped like getting ready for college season like there's a lot of things that you can sharpen one-on-one like and if you're at the very very beginning of your journey and you're maybe not quite ready to be able to, you wouldn't have any success against defense yet, then maybe you can come in for a one-on-one.

Beth MounierGUEST
But the majority of the kids, the only reason I see them one-on-one is for shooting stuff.

What do you kind of see in this? Should a player stick with just a core, I don't want to say just one trainer, but one or two trainers to really lock in with or make it 10 different trainers you're working around with to kind of get a little bit of everything?
