I think I've experienced it as an RM.

I'm very intentional about not looking at that under that lens.

But that said, that's not to say that Chelsea, Gwen, Haley, Becca, Sarah, they don't feel that way.

I am very intentional about saying we measure our Like your forecast accuracy, how accurate are you, is way more important than how high is your utilization.

So when we did our steering committee for the audit practice, we outlined KPIs for our RM team.

They are decidedly separate than what we measure for our practitioners.

Yeah, absolutely.

And you do that or twice a day.

Yes, floss too.

But the better care you take care of it, the better your return on your investment will be.

So for time sheets, it's not just-- One piece of it is to make sure that, you know, the, uh, you know, utilization is a, it's a something that measures productivity.

So yes, part of it is, is performance management.

But also, we need to know how much of the client work was actually done, how much of it was completed.

So what kinds of things should teams be measuring themselves against?
