So the industry currently has a lot of very experienced existing people, highly skilled people, but what we don't have is that historically there's not been that recognized qualification, that career or training pathway, this clear kind of definition of, of the role, um, to attract new people into the occupation.

So if someone's currently considering a career in construction or commercial interiors, they're very unlikely to think to themselves, "Do you know what? I really want to get into furniture installation," um, because there's just not that kind of, like, visibility, and that's something that Siteworks is, is developing.
