For listeners who are unfamiliar with this space, how does autonomous drone delivery actually work?

So you place an order like you would normally on any platform, anybody you're buying from.

So you buy groceries, you buy food.

The drone goes to the store and we have a pilot, a person, not a pilot, a person on the ground who takes the order and attaches it, puts it in the aircraft.

The aircraft flies off.

It goes up to 400 feet and then flies at 40 miles an hour.

So it's very fast and it goes right to the location.

How do you communicate about our future vision whilst staying grounded in our execution?

Give me the answer, but also tell me the problem that sounds like a drone problem but actually is not.

So the two questions.

So the biggest benefit of drone delivery over traditional delivery is that drones deliver one order at a time.

So we deliver to you.

We break the link between you and an address.

Traditional delivery needs a fixed address.

They need routing software.

Why are you optimistic when you saw many are not?

So like, do you put it on my doorstep? Do I need to go out and catch it with a baseball glove? Like, how does that work?

So we have both.

We drop or we have a winch that actually lowers it the rest of the way with a string.

I think Amazon just drops.

But we come down to this around 15 feet and then we lower the rest of the way with a string and place it where it's safest on the ground in front of your house.

And we were pretty accurate.

And you can even change it.

Yeah.

So a, when you're an airline, it gives you this umbrella for things to roll up to.

So we have a training program, uh, that's part of being an airline, so every single pilot, anybody that flies one of our aircraft, has to be trained and certified according to our training program.

If you're just flying 107, there's nobody above you telling you to make sure you meet those certifications.

And, uh, like Uber Eats will never hand off to a DoorDash driver.

'Cause even if they could, how would they even meet up? And you'd have these two people, one waiting for one order.

But drones and robots, they cut through all of it.

So you're gonna have people inventing ground robots that get deliveries from drones.
