It's just not easy to, to put myself first." So what do you say to that woman?
13:08
I think what women need to understand is self-care is self-preservation.
13:14
Self-care is not only, um, you know, getting your nails and everything, all that stuff done, but it's also taking care of yourself.
13:22
And for you to take care of other people, you need to take care of yourself.
13:25
And I understand.
13:26
I mean, I'm busy.
13:27
I own a business.

Am I getting that right?
2:32
And that's kind of

where this all started happening.
2:36
I mean, I actually, long story short, went to college to try, I was going to major in nutrition, right? I left college, moved to San Diego, became the, you know, California girl, et cetera.
2:47
So started drinking, whatever.
2:50
So that didn't follow suit.
2:52
But I decided to quit drinking after a lot of years of drinking.
2:58
It got progressively worse to the point where I guess my rock bottom would be on my anniversary a few days before I quit drinking.

You don't need to be a fitness influencer and it- it's like you would just need to, you need to maintain muscle, build some muscle, improve bone density, and this is for long-term health, right? Just think of it like that.
26:19
And that's when it's okay, you get some relief understanding that you don't have to do things extremely.
26:25
You do things that fit your life.
26:28
How can you fit walking into your life? You don't necessarily have to do an hour walk straight a day.
26:34
It's...
26:35
In fact, it's better if you break everything up and go do these little mini snack walks I call them all throughout the day.
29:47
Mm-hmm.
