Tell our listeners how it's been for you and what part you've played in the Commonwealth Games previously, for those that don't know.

Yeah, so I went to the Commonwealth Games in 2018, um, the historic first win, which was just such an amazing experience.

We were out in the Gold Coast.

Um, we actually went out there for six weeks in total.

We had a prep camp in Sydney first, um, and we had a few practice games there, and then we went on to, um, over to the Gold Coast and we, um, had a little, a sort of like the preparation camp before for about a week or so.

And then after that you then head on into the competition, into the village.

Uh, the village was beautiful.

Is that part of this process now? Is it already happened months, years back? How does that work?
