Yeah, so Vision Link, we connect people to resources in the community.

We provide services for adults with any level of vision loss.

So we see older adults who might be experiencing some changes in their vision, anywhere to people who were born without sight, everything in between.

We work with a lot of medical providers to ensure that that continuum of care exists.

So when people are leaving from an appointment, they know what supports they have in place beyond the clinical care.
