what you're doing how you're helping and but before yes let's let's take that six bit because i need to ask you um afterwards you know in your work there are certain things i want to know but right now where are you today how did you start up you know which help and how are you helping people
32:43
Well, I first started as a executive coach and focusing on startup founders.
32:52
And all my coaching has been mostly part-time and alongside other businesses and projects.
33:03
But I started with that because I experienced a lot of positive changed through coaching to the coaching process.
33:16
And I think as a, you know, Type A logical male brain, I suited coaching more than talk therapy, so it was much more impactful for me.
33:30
Um, so I started in that as I wanted to help people.
33:34
I wanted to help people with, you know, mental health, with clarity, with, you know, just improving their life in some way.

What is the general – what's the most common thing you find that men come to you with the pain inside? Is there a common – situation that you find over and over again or just fairies?

Ben sees how, in your view, how is modern conditioning, you know, the content, the dopamine, the validation, how is that rewiring what men think they want?
16:56
Great question.
16:59
To me, it's everything.
17:01
It's so central to the challenges men face right now.
17:06
It's central to...
17:09
the breakdown of our society to uh to not be too uh i don't want to be that too melodramatic here but uh there's some serious um data um which i'm sure you're aware of on on what's happening trends in our society that are very concerning and that relate to men and women um and for me Having grown up in an extremely religious environment, right, without a television, I am very aware of, and then I started watching, like secretly I started watching television and movies and And they had such a profound impact on me, right? So the reason I say this is because I kind of had an insight, a fresh lens into the secular world, into modern culture and media as a conscious teenager that most people are born into, let's say, having a TV and radio, magazines, whatever.
18:17
I was sheltered from all of that.

Like, what does that mean?
