The story in a nutshell was I jumped into a new industry, franchising, not knowing much about it, but with the mentality of, hey, what can I not learn? Or can I not hire who's already learned this, right? Within two years, we had some good growth, opened up about 100 locations, just over 100 locations, sold 400-something franchises.

went through a big lawsuit, lost a lot of money, raised just shy of $10 million.

Again, all of this is like two and a half years, all of the stress in the world.

Exited that with the lesson of, okay, well, what didn't go well? How can I play for my strengths? And the strengths were, well, we sold really well, but what we didn't, is after we opened up 100 franchises, we closed two dozen of them.

So how can I just now sell for franchise brands that aren't growing but are already established? And that's what I did with FranchiseKey, and that was my transition.

i think that's the main question people have chat gtp has access to it's an llm a large language model which is basically the average of everything gets read right so you typically get average responses but it's still genius and everything and then you can say well no i don't want the average i want an expert opinion or whatever and you can kind of massage it but every time you start a new thread every month updates come out and it gets a little bit better at memory but it's pretty limited.

When you move to an AI agent, what you're doing is you're saying, this is gonna be the brain, but it's an AI agent harness.

So I'm now gonna ask ChatGTP what to do, and rather than it just living inside of this little, you know, my app, it's now on my computer and can do actual work.

So I'm gonna ask it to do something, and now it has access to my tools.

So it could log onto my Facebook, into my Meta account.

It could run my ads.

What would a realistic first 30 days look like if they decided to embrace either your services, you know, relative to franchise stuff or Aveda or, you know,
