How do you spread the vision of a founder who you're bringing into TrueNorth across a whole team enough of the time so that the creation starts to manifest in the way it's designed?

So first, we all get matching tattoos.

Just kidding.

When it comes to vision, and generally, actually, my work is one-on-one.

I do some workshop facilitation and longer-term leadership development programs, but most of it is one-on-one with executives, the founder to CEO, or the high-skilled employee that gets put in the president position because of investment in the company.

And very often, these leaders don't know what the vision is that they want to create, so they have to define it.

But once we get clarity on that, and they need to perpetuate that throughout an organization, there's a variety of ways.

This is what I want to create.
