Is your company in a position right now to come out and do a roof inspection to verify that, or is that gonna have to wait until much later down the road when other customers' roofing repairs are completed and you slow down just a little bit?"
4:01
So that's a great question, and, uh, what a great segue.
4:04
So, uh, we are absolutely, uh, taking care of roof inspections just as quickly as we can.
4:12
Um, but, uh, w- with our homeowners, uh, that are...
4:17
Well, first, our priority is getting, um, our homeowners who were already on the schedule, uh, getting those roofs going back on.
4:25
And so we actually kicked off and are doing a full roof replacement.
4:30
We've got a couple a- already on the books.

... within that, that, uh, time it comes, uh, it makes landfall through when it moves up north.
4:16
So if you do have gutters, making sure that those gutters are cleared out, clear of debris.
4:22
Um, one thing that we really see as a fail point is water actually backing up under the shingles because it's overflowing in the gutters.
4:33
So, you know, shingles, of course, are made for that water to ro- run off of it and flow down it.
4:39
And if that water starts to back up or is clogged in the gutters, it can starts to seep under the shingles.
4:45
So that can be a big failure point as well.
