You know, there is something terrible about waking up at 3:00 a.m. and having the, the first thing you think about being whatever badness in your life.

And for me, at the time, it was this, uh, this, uh, syndication.

That was my first one that I ever did.

A lot of friends involved in that one.

And, you know, I, I found this, uh, this is a s- a two, two, the two eight-plexes side by side that I mentioned, and it was owned by a nonprofit, and they subsidized...

So what they do is they, they get government funding, and they will subsidize people who maybe, uh, wouldn't qualify for, um, renting at other places.

And I'm curious how you approached having those conversations, uh, with, with the people who are not just your LPs, but they're also your friends and colleagues.
