And if you're talking about the five levels of leadership, then it's obvious to say that positioning itself is not a bad thing.

But we all start at positional levels because there were potentials.

But the problem with that is many people build walls instead of using that as a foundation to lead.

the better we understand that yeah position is the is just the basic point to lead it gives you the legitimacy in some areas especially in bureaucratic spaces especially in corporate life and organization and the work life and based on different organizational structures and the systems you get to work in you may need a position for an access point however Everybody you see is looking up to you.

And he also mentioned in the book that we have this very short span where people only follow us because of the position and titles.

So that's why I'm asking, what do you think a leader can do to be able to maintain that charisma for people to keep following him or to keep leading and keep serving the people who follow him?
