So explain to me how you bought the property then.

It amazes me as well.

[laughs] It doesn't now.

It did then.

You know, I came into this with big imposter syndrome, right? You know, and now when I speak to people who have the same kind of mentality, like that kind of like that blocker, that, that limiting belief, it's like, "No, don't do that to yourself." You know, recognize the fact that there are so many people here that have done this, including myself, and you can.

But like you say there, there are so many people that don't wanna put in that effort or that hard work or that volume.

And so for me, again, listening to, to those who had used other people's money, um, I was already studying finance, so I knew that I could get a certain percentage for my business.
