Yeah, it was a little over 11 years ago.

I was managing a few different areas in the accounting department for a public company.

I'm a CPA.

I started off in public accounting, accounting my whole career up to that point.

And it just took forever to get financials every month.

And we were using this old, clunky accounting system that is actually currently being sunset called Microsoft Dynamics GP, one of the first general purpose accounting systems.
