Where does this break down most visibly, and what are the real impediments to fixing it?

Sure.

So in the counter UAS space, the interoperability challenges kind of break down everywhere.

This is a comprehensive problem and one that we're really just starting to adapt to, particularly domestically.

So first, we just generally don't have sufficient air domain awareness under 400 feet.

it's a challenge, and especially when we're talking about very small drones, just to identify what's out there to figure out what's potentially threatening, what's compliant, what's not, and then to start to evaluate what kind of response is appropriate.

And so counter UAS operators and folks who either are working in federal government, state, local, tribal law enforcement, or critical infrastructure contexts are starting to try and fill in those gaps and starting to put in place different systems.
