What drove you to create in that infographic and what does No Show Grow look like in practice to you?
B
10:19Ben MayesGUEST
Well, what drove me to create in the infographic is I personally feel that sometimes when I post on LinkedIn or speak to other PE teachers, whether that be in my department or whether that be friends that I've made over the years or I sometimes might be too ambitious to, is what I'm trying to get done in a lesson actually realistic? And it's something I sort of feel about in my lessons sometimes, but it does happen.
B

It's sort of having those highest expectations because we should be as ambitious as we can in PE for learning, for making that lifelong mover.

yeah so you're moving into a position of of head of physical education now so like how do you how were you intending to go about instilling the values in your offer and and bringing the team along with you it's quite a challenge it's a bit of a leadership question i guess but also like how are you going to motivate those to to take that approach
