What's been the evolution that you've seen in the game through the tournament?

I feel like each year there's more teams and definitely more teams wanting to come as well.

The teams are getting better.

I now feel like each time there's a winner, the winner from the next year is probably able to beat them just because the level is increasing that much each time.

So it's really amazing to see just the growth in the whole sport as a whole.

So from when you started, what have you seen the biggest changes and how do you think that can keep growing and developing men and mixed netball?

Biggest changes? I feel like the biggest changes is the different regional leagues and then the introduction of this Premier League.

I think that's done a massive amount to get very high quality girls interested in the sport when men are already quite interested and really bringing it all together to make something amazing happen.
