how they sit in the org meaning are they more on people process side or is somebody who really has control over or understanding over even the financial or how this thing is connected to health benefits side so my question to you is um i guess how are you tackling that challenge in your day-to-day um as at cell phone like how are you getting over those especially employers

Yeah, it's really important to have the employer leadership on the same page.

It really is.

And I encourage them not to make any decisions because it is a large decision to come, you know, operate in a framework like we're telling them to operate because.

We're giving them all the transparency and the control, but if they're not going to pull the levers that we're giving them, then they're not going to be successful.

Because even if we're self-funded, self-funded does not guarantee cost savings.

Self-funding the right way, independently, the way that we're trying to do it, the navigation and that sort of thing, changing the consumerism, is not a guarantee of savings.

So that from your experience, of course.
