Now, what, what was the driver for that? What did you, you know, what did you see as the, the main value in owner occupying?

Yeah.

Look, when we were looking at it, it's just, we liked the thought of having our own space and controlling that, um, atmosphere that you've got in your own office.

Um, and then it's sort of a journey because you c- it's hard for a small business just to go, "Right, I'm gonna spend all this money on, um, a, a property," uh, and all the costs that come along with that.

So it was more build up the business, and then we're obviously renting space as well, which was great.

Um, and then sort of looking around and going, "Well, what's it look like if we get our own space?" Um, and obviously having a finance background, I sort of understood the different steps and permutations that we could go down.

And, um, one of the good ways is obviously looking at it through super fund.
