Can you tell me a bit about how, like, IRC used to be, like, the open source part of the internet and, like, what even that is and then how in Slack's use case they've, like, really, like, co-opted that and then locked it down?

Ben GuoGUEST
So IRC was one of the first kind of, like, internet messaging platforms or protocols.

Ben GuoGUEST
You just run it on your server or on your computer and you connect to these, like, channels and you can just, like, talk directly with people.

Ben GuoGUEST
Like, when I, like, send a message to you on IRC, it goes from my server to your server.

And so I'm curious if you guys have used these and if you've been using them a long time, like what have the step functions been like and how do you change sort of how you manage it over time?

Ben GuoGUEST
We've hired a lot of our growth non-technical folks who just have come from our user base, people that are really passionate about Zo and building cool stuff, but often non-technical, but kind of systems-minded.

Ben GuoGUEST
On the technical side, we do a lot of our internal tooling and even coding with Zo itself.

Ben GuoGUEST
We have a data Zo, and we have a community growth And it's very useful to have these kinds of places that store our shared context and data and workflows.

Future startups on society, like are you a big believer that like tools like Zoe are going to drive the one person billion dollar company someday? Or do you think that's insane? You know, do you think these things are going to dramatically expand the scope of how the economy can grow? Or what's your big picture vision here of the impact this can have?
