... like the existing attraction guest flow, and I'm curious, you know, how do we do that without disrupting the guest flow?
13:47
Yeah, it's a good, it's a good question.
13:49
Um, so, um, when we get, uh, you know, a new job coming in and there's like, "Yes, we wanna put this into an existing attraction," um, the first thing we do is we go and talk to the operators because they know everything about what's happening at the existing park.
14:04
They know, um, the choke points, the slow points, is there a dead space, what's working, do they wanna change anything.
14:11
So we have a good conversation with them, and we'll probably iterate 20 times on different ways or different places to, to put things, and we'll move a mission over here, we'll move a treasure hunt over here, and we'll play around with it a lot.
14:25
Um, we'll try and solve any existing problems.
14:28
We'll, we'll be very careful not to introduce new problems, and then we'll go and simulate it.
15:08
Is it something that can later be updated and changed so that the experience can change? 'Cause I know like with legacy parks, oftentimes it, it's very difficult to make these changes.
