So what have you noticed in the capital raising side of the business over the last couple of years? What's the same? What's different? What's better? What's worse? What are things looking like these days?

Yeah, on the capital side, we are probably not that dissimilar from a lot of guests in your podcast where most of our capital actually comes from retail investors.

So we have about, I would say, 1,000 LPs across all of our funds.

We have some small family office and institutional investors, but we've intentionally... retained a large retail footprint.

Just, we have a desire to provide great products for the retail investor.

That's just part of who we are, what we do.

so in terms of key areas where grid automation really plays a part what would you say those are

I'd probably split this into a couple of areas.

The first one being on the planning side.

So when a data center is getting planned, there's a lot of considerations to make.

Where is the land available? Where can you get access to power? What sort of constraints exist in the transmission system that might prevent the full amount of power being available? So that's where we come in with some of our software solutions to help customers plan where they can build their data centers.

It's not a new thing that's required.

It's been done for a long time in a traditional way.
