What exactly is your role at Exodus? You know, what do you do in general on a day-to-day basis?

Well, firstly, David, Joel, thanks.

Thanks for having me today.

So currently at Exodus, I'm head of commercial and operations.

And maybe I should just give a little bit of an introduction where I came from and everything else before I get into my role.

But really, my journey into insurance wasn't really the most traditional route, I would say.

I actually am from South Africa.

But prior to getting there, what did your career path look like after studying econ? And was it finance?

From your perspective, what separates organizations that are navigating this well from those that are struggling to keep up?

Yeah.

We've had the privilege at Kynd, I mentioned earlier about how long we've sort of been working in public entity.

And, and actually quite a young company in public entity for some of the characters and folks and the peers and the pools and single risk and everyone that we work with.

You know, it's obviously been an industry for a long time.

But we've had the privilege now to be able to look back at the data and at the partnerships that we've had and sort of give, have a top-down view of what we see working and what, what's not working, and that then helps us better our service.

But I think it's an important question.
