the highest value components back, and then are they, just explain a little bit more about what you're remanufacturing and then what you're selling and how you're selling those things.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
The RAM is pretty easy to understand because if you take a server RAM module, Anybody who's spending the money to put servers in a data center is not going to try to cut corners by buying cheap RAM, right? They're already spending zillions of dollars.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
So they're just going to go order brand new RAM, put them in the brand new servers, fastest, best, greatest, latest, greatest.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
But the chips that make it up are the same chips that are in everything that needs RAM.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
So you can take those chips off and use it to make new consumer RAM for desktops or laptops or whatever that sort of second tier market would be.

Did you know, what did that origin teach you about the value of used hardware in that other people in the industry might not get right?

Ben CartwrightGUEST
Well, I think it's interesting to me because Circadus started out as Sensotide, which was a manufacturing operation in Shenzhen, China.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
And they would take the memory chips or microprocessors that were soldered on to a board generally and reuse those in manufacturing.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
They don't really, they theoretically can wear out, but that's much longer than just their first lifespan.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
So you can take those parts off if you do the process correctly and reintegrate them back into manufacturing.

So at the end of the day, I just want to see gear going to a new home and not in a landfill.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
[laughs] Uh, so basically we're premium performance gear built by runners for runners.

Ben CartwrightGUEST
We source all our own materials, uh, we create our own designs, and work directly with manufacturing partners to develop every product from the ground up really.
