Julian BarnesHOST
So can you tell me how you approached putting AI into it, why it kind of came into the discussion, and then how you managed to implement it in there?

Ben CallaghanGUEST
We knew the problem was solving, and it had a lot of layers to it, from knowing what to do, knowing what's important, what do you need to flag, how do you train someone, what do they need to know, all that sort of stuff.

Ben CallaghanGUEST
And we didn't care what solved it, as long as it did it correctly and securely, of course, because to us, the biggest risk is the IT.

Ben CallaghanGUEST
Like if some data breach or something was wrong or end up in the wrong place, that's our whole business.

Ben CallaghanGUEST
Who cares how accurate you are if you're not secure? So that was our number one concern, but we didn't care if it was AI.

Ben CallaghanGUEST
We picked up like a thousand different things and spoke to all these different companies, just testing it out.
