Yeah, no.

So, well, give LA as an example.

We had 12 officers out when I was with them.

Walk me through the book and the arc in the book.

This journey you're on, tell us about, is this, is this kind of the manuscript for your life? Tell us what this, the book's all about.

Yeah.

Uh, thanks for having me, uh, back, Eric.

Uh, it's basically the last 10 years.

Uh, October, coming up October will be 10 years since God set me free from crack addiction and put me back on this path, uh, that He's called me to.

Um, I, I felt God's call early on in my life, even as a kid, uh, but I got off track like many people do and ended up in three years of crack addiction that nobody knew about, was living a double life.

Uh, was basically seeing my options as prison or death, and, uh, in, in instant, God set me free and put me back on this path.

Are you ever worried when you're facing unhinged groups that seem to be ready to hurt you?

You are with them on the ground recording.

Yeah, so in total over the four trips, I think we spent 13 days in the jungle.

How was that? You know, it's interesting because if you weren't doing it, with illegals, and you weren't doing it at a pace, and you weren't getting in shootouts, and you weren't, you know, all these facts, yeah, all these things.

We're shooting at you.

The cartel, so on our second trip, So to answer the question, it's like hell on earth, but it's also amazing.

You're in this UNESCO World Heritage site that's now totally trashed by millions of illegals.

And so you're going through this place.

say which one it was maybe the most impactful experience of all the countries that you visited which one maybe hit the hardest for you

You were just, I think, concluding some comments about how you got free of the drug cocaine that you were addicted to.

Yeah, so I got into it based on a series of events, excuses, and choices of my own.

But once I was in it, I found myself in this place where I was living a double life.

I was happily married on the outside.

I had our first daughter.

We had one on the way.

And I found myself in this three-year addiction with crack.

Talk about your travels from the Gulf of America to the Pacific Ocean where you are now.

What is your experience today compared to what you've seen in previous years?

Well, we're starting, Steve, a two-week trip along the border, starting here at the Gulf of America, where I'm actually in McAllen, Texas.

We were in the Gulf of America yesterday and started there and then moved out to Brownsville and now McAllen.

And I got to tell you, you know, it is as dead as I've ever seen it.

It is the most secure southern border that we have ever had.

And it all comes down to the policy differences and consequences for illegals.

When you invite them in, they come in.

It's not over completely, but it's pretty close, isn't it?

It's really crazy to see them going after these ICE agents.

Yeah.

And just understand, this is all part of the Democrat Party's plan.

They don't have policies to run on.

All they have is Trump hatred.

And now it's ICE hatred.

And it's constant, this perpetual outrage.

Is that is that true, Ben?

That's really important, isn't it?

Yeah, and the biggest thing that we have to stay focused on is winning these elections coming up, the midterms elections, so that we can pass some of these things into law so that you can't have another Joe Biden or another Democrat come in and do what they did in the last administration and basically just open the floodgates into our country.

If we allow that to ever happen again, I don't know if we can undo the damage because, as you said, they're out there doing the job.

The difference is they're doing the job by the law.

The last administration, they didn't.

They broke the law and just basically allowed people to invade our country.

And that's the difference.

It's got to be too big to rig again, doesn't it?

Yeah, this goes all back to what you guys are talking about the elections.

I was there in Arizona in 2020, in 2022, and 2024, and everything hinges on them being able to steal elections.

They go out and burn down our cities, trying to get the, the, uh, the media to play their game, to make it seem like America's on their side.

They know America is not on their side, and the only way they win is if they have enough votes to steal in these swing states to steal the elections.

That's why this is so critical.

We have to get election fraud out of our election systems.

How do they claim victory? What worked for them that they're saying, "Hey, we can th- shut down Trump, we can shut down mass deportations, we can shut down law enforcement, we can shut down the implementation of any immigration law in the United States," sir?

Uh, what's going on here, sir?

Well, that's, uh, that's what's happening, Steve.

They're not backing down.

This is all gas, no brakes.

President Trump, this administration, Tom Homan have focused on securing America, and it reminds me of Bukele.

When I went down to El Salvador and I in- interviewed their, uh, Minister of Defense down there, I asked them, "What changed your country?" He said, "We took the focus off protecting the rights of the criminals to protecting the rights of the innocent," and that's what America needs to do.

That's what we started to see yesterday with the mass arrests.

That's why you have this increase in arrests, and this is why LA is not burning to the ground right now, Ben Berquam.

But do you have any, d- do you have any direct con- are there direct connections between these judges that are now saying, "Turn around terrorist plane, you know, terrorists and bring them back into the heartland of America"?

Well, I, I don't think you need direct lines, although I think there will be.

We'll find that.

Uh, if I were in the administration, I'd be spending my entire time looking at the funding.

It, it's just like what we have going on in Mexico.

They cut off the heads of the cartels, so many of the cartels, they took out the leaders.

The biggest thing that you have to go after now are the bankers.

Do we even have a country if every single deportation needs to be adjudicated inside of a court? Then clearly, not only do you not have a country, but you don't even have a, uh, you don't even have a president, actually.

And we came down here just to give you the reality of what's happening.
