So as we kind of shift gears here, Becky, what are the different components of the case management process in medicine? Can you outline that for us?

Becky PerezGUEST
So the case management process is well-known, well-established, based on CMSA standards of practice, which have been around since 1991.

Becky PerezGUEST
And the process is identification of patients who will benefit most from intervention, engagement with the patient and the patient's family, their caregivers, to establish a trusted relationship.

And then based on the assessment and the physician's prescribed treatment, a care plan with targeted goals should be developed, shared with and developed with the patient and the caregiver, and then looking for those interventions that are going to help achieve those goals, whatever that may be.
