I think you'll find in our stories that Amanda and I actually started our journey around the same time.

So it's cool to be sitting here together in two leadership positions within the organization.

Early in my career, I worked for Cargill, and I went to my boss and mentor, Josh Hoshon at the time, and asked, you know, hey, I would like more leadership opportunities and to be more involved with the dairy industry and dairy farmers.

What recommendations do you have? And so he introduced me to Laura Daniels.
