So that's, that's the, that's the fundamental structure behind the book.

Yeah.

And I think what, what we found ourself is particularly in the, the early days, sort of ten plus years ago, we would find a tip for how to, how to keep writing, and you tell people it.

And, um, you know, they're great and there's millions tips out there, and many of them will work for lots of different people, but they don't work for everybody in all contexts and across all stages of their writing life.

So people have to figure out what to do that.

And often if you tell someone, "Oh, this is the best way to do something.

This is what the research says works," and it doesn't work for someone.

And human beings in general.
