How's that evolved for you in your business? And how have you been able to balance and have a successful business and also be a present mum?

It's changed a lot of things.

I did not quite realise how inefficient I was being until I became a mum, I think.

And then I was like, whoa, what was I doing with all of my time? Because I had a lot of time prior to having kids and then all of a sudden I didn't and I was achieving more.

So my business totally evolved when I first had my first son.

So that was seven years ago now, which is actually wild that he's seven years old and that I've been... a business owner and a mom for seven years.

So wild.

So yeah, tell me a bit more about how you've made your business sustainable for business owners that are listening to this right now.

So take us back to the beginning.

Okay.

Well, I did not start as a spiritual business coach.

That was not what I thought I would end up doing.

And we're going back 10 years ago now.

I started my business a decade ago, which is wild.

And I started it as a candle business, actually.

And are there things that you've learned along the way in terms of when it comes to like starting your business, bringing clients, setting your pricing, like so many elements that you probably discovered about yourself? And what are those learning lessons that if you can share with us and our audience today?

And, like,

there will still be people who think of me as the candle lady, I imagine, from that.

And I haven't done candles for the last five years.

And so, like, for me it's been getting really clear on what it is that I do want to be known for and being okay with letting some of that stuff go.

And...

And knowing that actually when I do that, it's better for me, it's better for my clients, it's better for the business.

Like there's so many benefits to it.
