But for you, have you found that, you know, it's helped so much more by just picking up those times to fuel during the race?
31:13
Yeah, absolutely.
31:14
And probably the biggest thing that I've changed, um, for my race day fueling is my pre-run fuel.
31:20
So the amount I'm having now before I even hit the start line is, I just can't even believe it.
31:25
Like, the amount that I ate before Gold Coast Half, I just looked at my plan and I'm like, "What the hell?" I was like, "How am I gonna fit all this in?" But, you know, I do.
31:34
And, um, and it's made such a difference and I'm, I'm doing that now, obviously, with all my long runs too.
31:39
You know, I'm practicing my race day fueling and yeah, the, I'm just eating so much before I even go out.
35:11
I'm sure you're gonna do amazing, and just enjoy that and soak up the whole atmosphere there.

How did that idea come about? Why do you think it was important to bring school teachers to show them the ICMJ?
32:17
I suppose one thing we all agreed on at the early stages of our project planning was that education was something that was really important to all of us.
32:26
And that was something we really valued.
32:28
So we wanted to build a program that was really engaging for the teachers as well and got them sort of hands on and networking within the industry.
32:38
So we wanted to create something that was manageable.
32:42
And so getting the four teachers up there was achievable for us to do and with the hopes of taking that as a more future national approach.
32:52
And ICMJ luckily had opened up some positions for industry attendees to attend the national conference this year.

What do you hope they bring back to school students?
