It depends on the input.

I'm not going to castigate anybody, but whichever East African artist has really worked hard, they get the full recognition.

Give an example, Diamond Platinum is getting good recognition, but you can always see that he's working hard.

BN of Late is getting good recognition, but he's on the road night and day.

Joshua Baraka is getting good recognition.
