I think we, as product managers and as strategists, it's really easy to get stuck in this, like, mental mistake of believing that strategic skills are common sense and personality.

That strategic skills are something that you inherently have.

Like, that you have product sense, that you were born with it.

And one of the reasons I think we have this misconception is because, frankly, quite few of us were ever trained as product managers.
