Well, I always believed that my... current situation now is part of my journey towards my own self-discovery.

I think we all go through life trying to discover who we really are and what we're here for and what our purpose is, right? But it's different when you come from one country where people are in the same culture, the same way of living, same way of thinking.

And then suddenly you find one, I find myself uprooted from that and find myself in a totally different culture.

So that's all part of the transformation in transition.

So I am familiar with that process.

So one of the key points that I think plays a big role in this process is who I was before I left my country.

And I realized at that moment that this was not the first time this happened, Caroline.

In my previous job before that, I was also already a director in a company.

But then they gave me three days notice that we want you to move out of your office because and transferred me over to a place where there was no privacy, no office at all, just a table, because they wanted to give my space to somebody who happens to be a close friend to a vice president.

I was crying as my husband and I and my friend were trying to take everything out of the office that was mine and putting it in the car that even before the New York marathon, and there was so much traffic, but I was crying all the way home thinking again that, oh my gosh, when is my work ever going to be recognized?
