Why do you need a title? What you need is a purpose in life.

You need direction.

What is-- what we are missing most oftentimes is h- not having clarity of purpose, clarity of mission, and not having the right guidance.

So that's why having a guru in life already points you in the right direction.

Because leadership is we are born with those abilities of leadership.

It's question is, are we allowing our system to create the environment for those leaders to manifest and to shine? So it's incumbent on each one of us to invest in our younger people, in our y- children and the children's children.

What does responsible leadership look like in practice? Uh, do you have an example from perhaps where you've had to face a difficult situation and because of your values, you came out successful?
